We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our Clinical Operations Team at EMS Healthcare Ltd. As a Clinical Site Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the delivery of clinical research projects in state-of-the-art Community Research Units across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Ensure the smooth operation of clinical research projects at our Community Research Units.
  • Participant Interaction: Build strong relationships with participants and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to research teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participant Services: Coordinate participant services, including scheduling and follow-up appointments.
Requirements:
  • Education: GCSE Level, grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Business and Administration: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in Basic Office Software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Adult Basic Life Support trained and hold a full and clean drivers' licence.
