About Softoo

Softoo is a leading technology company that specializes in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, machine learning, blockchain, AR/VR, and IoT. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an AI System Architect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of new technologies, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and other networking events.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with delivery expertise in emerging technologies.
  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, Python.
  • Project delivery background in some of these domains - healthcare, fintech, ecommerce, energy, telecoms.
  • Global delivery experience having worked with clients in North American, European, Australian, and Asian markets is a plus.
  • Masters degree holder in an emerging field.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with strategic planning and implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
