About the Role

Vertical Advantage is partnering with a leading drinks FMCG business to find their next Commercialisation Project Manager. As the Commercialisation Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management across various departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Innovation Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stage-Gate Management: Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are properly gated and that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Innovation Steering: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure that innovation projects are aligned with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to ensure that projects are properly resourced and that stakeholders are engaged.
  • Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation project management in an FMCG business.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable innovation strategies.
