Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and diagnose intricate issues across various vehicle models.
  • Ensure high-quality service with a focus on first-time resolutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle health assessments and effectively communicate findings to aid customer decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams to discuss work progress and repair strategies.
  • Enhance your expertise through ongoing training in the latest vehicle technologies, including Electric and Hybrid systems.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Set a positive example by demonstrating best practices to fellow team members.
  • Support and mentor colleagues through coaching and guidance.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should possess a minimum Level 3 IMI / C&G Qualification along with comprehensive experience in service, maintenance, and diagnostics. Experience with Electric and Hybrid vehicles is advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Working Hours:

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, with Saturday mornings on a rotating basis, totaling 42 hours per week.

Salary:

Salary is negotiable based on experience, with an additional monthly uplift for MOT qualified technicians.

This is a permanent position, and a full CV will be required.
