We are currently seeking a Culinary Operations Manager.

Employment is during academic terms (39 weeks per year).

Work hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Compensation: £17.17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing meals from our diverse menu using fresh ingredients
  • Leading a complete kitchen team and managing inventory procurement
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Overseeing financial performance to achieve targeted gross profit and cost of goods sold
  • Upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene practices

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to inspire team members
  • Proficient culinary skills
  • Capability to thrive in demanding environments while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong organizational and administrative competencies
  • Certifications in food hygiene and preparation
