We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Lead Culinary Operations Manager to supervise our dining facilities and culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a personable demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming and picturesque setting. Reporting directly to our Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in our senior management team and contribute to the evolution of the hospitality division at Balfour Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience in all dining and tasting areas.
  • Organize and lead a diverse team of up to 20 staff members, including guides and service personnel.
  • Set a positive example and engage with the team during service periods.
  • Maintain high standards and attention to detail in all operations.
  • Drive positive changes within the organization.
  • Act as a hands-on representative for Balfour Hospitality.
  • Oversee the financial management of the culinary operations.
  • Exhibit excellent guest service skills, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Manage daily operations related to food and beverage services.
  • Take charge of team training to ensure a consistently high guest experience.
  • Engage with guests throughout the dining and tasting experiences.

Required Experience:

A minimum of 3 years in a management role within the hospitality sector.
