Position Overview

Escape is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to enhance our Indirect Team within the Global Services Division.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be tasked with the acquisition of a diverse array of indirect goods and services essential for operational success.

  • Oversee the complete procurement cycle, including the issuance of Requests for Information (RFI), tenders, and engaging in commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Engage in negotiations with vendors to secure competitive market pricing and favorable commercial conditions.
  • Foster robust relationships with suppliers to evaluate performance and promote ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ascertain both immediate and future requirements.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a comparable procurement or sourcing position.
  • A proven history of sourcing and acquiring indirect materials and services.
  • Comprehensive experience throughout the entire Procurement lifecycle, including Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
