Contract Type: Zero hours/agency
Pay Rate: From £11.44 - £14 (PAYE - not via umbrella)
Holiday pay is separate and not inclusive of your hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
We offer work with various clients, including learning disabilities, hostels, homelessness, children and young people, mental health, and elderly care. Your role will be to provide emotional and physical support to encourage individuals to live their lives to the fullest.
Our work involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in supported living settings, promoting independence and aiding with life skills and household tasks. You may also be involved in in-house and community-based activities, such as outings, meals, and medical appointments.
Requirements:
To be suitable for this role, you will be a driver with a valid license and a passion for providing high-quality care and support. You will also need to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
