Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with undifferentiated diagnoses, utilizing your expertise in clinical decision-making and patient assessment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including pharmacists, paramedics, and social prescribers.
- Prescribe and review medication, ensuring safe and effective treatment, and adhering to evidence-based practice and national protocols.
- Support patients in adopting healthy lifestyles and promoting self-care, while also identifying and referring patients with mental health needs.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring best practice and quality care.
- Registered first-level MSc or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant nursing or health degree, with a strong foundation in clinical practice.
- Experience in primary and community nursing, with a focus on clinical leadership and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation.
