Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team at Operose Health. As an ANP, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Experience in a primary care setting, preferably as an ANP or in a similar role.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training and working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or accreditation/MSc course to ACP status preferred.
- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
