Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our mission to deliver great primary care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring safe and effective care.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Develop and maintain clinical skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- NMC registration as a nurse with advanced clinical practice qualifications.
- Experience in a primary care setting, with a focus on minor injury and illness.
- Ability to maintain and monitor standards of care, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Desirable: Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or accreditation/AACP status.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
