Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our mission to deliver great primary care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of our services.
- Registered Nurse with Advanced Clinical Practice qualifications and experience in a primary care setting.
- Non-Medical Prescriber qualification and experience in prescribing medications.
- Minor Injury and Illness qualification and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Desirable: Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification or accreditation/Award in Advanced Clinical Practice.

What We Offer- Annual Salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
