About the Role

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Lead Media Insurance Consultant to enhance our team. This position is crucial for managing and growing our established portfolio within the television production and advertising sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee both direct and wholesale accounts, leveraging in-house resources and open market options.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Portfolio Oversight: Efficiently manage an existing portfolio of television production and advertising clients, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities within the media and entertainment domain to expand the portfolio.
  3. Account Oversight: Manage direct and wholesale accounts, delivering customized insurance solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
  4. Insurance Placements: Facilitate placements through in-house resources and the open market, ensuring comprehensive and competitive coverage for clients.
  5. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, underwriters, and other key industry stakeholders.
  6. Risk Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations and provide expert guidance on risk management strategies pertinent to the media and entertainment sector.
  7. Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage collective expertise for client benefit.
  8. Market Insight: Remain informed about market trends, industry advancements, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable guidance and maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated experience as a Media Insurance Consultant, with a proven history of managing television production and advertising accounts.
  2. In-depth understanding of insurance products, market trends, and risk management practices within the media and entertainment industry.
  3. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining strong client relationships.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  5. Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team, exhibiting a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
