About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Media Investment Director in Media Accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of media traders, auditors, and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality media buying commitments to our clients.
  • Media Strategy: Develop and implement media strategies to optimize client results, leveraging expertise in media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics.
  • Client Relationships: Support Business Directors and Global Investment Directors in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of media services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, develop quality control systems, and enhance the overall efficiency of the Global team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, external media auditors, and clients to drive value creation and innovation in media buying.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a strong focus on training, mentoring, and career development.
  • Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics, with a strong understanding of external auditors' practices and methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • International Experience: International media experience is ideal, but not essential. Experience in a local market agency buying team, media auditor, media vendor, or international media investment/trading/accountability team is highly valued.
