Job Title: Media Investment Associate Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as an Associate Director in Media Accountability. As a key member of our Global Investment team, you will play a vital role in driving value creation and ensuring media buying commitments are met for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of media traders, auditors, and analysts to share best practices and ensure clients receive optimal media value and guidance.
  • Manage team performance, development, and workload, including tracking and auditing issues.
  • Support Business Director and Global Investment Director with client relationships and account management.
  • Provide regular updates on account status and identify opportunities for media product use.
  • Develop and implement media strategies to optimize client results.
  • Build strong relationships with senior global trading community, external auditors, and clients.
  • Support global pitches and submissions, ensuring alignment with OMG trading policies.
  • Identify best practices to assist local markets and update global account teams on results.
  • Contribute to process improvements, efficient reporting methods, and product development.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics.
  • Experience in media auditing, trading, or accountability, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • International media experience is ideal, but not essential.
