About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our client's team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for shaping the finance function, overseeing IT, and assisting the CEO with HR. Your key duties will include:

  • Providing decision support to the executive team while ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Managing cash flow and maintaining compliance with regulations
  • Developing financial strategies and driving performance improvements
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Managing recruitment, development, and performance within the team

About You:

We are looking for a commercially savvy, professionally qualified accountant who knows their stuff and when to seek external advice. You should have strong leadership skills to boost the finance team's performance and facilitate knowledge transfer from the incumbent. You will need to have the ability to operate at a board level, gaining the CEO's confidence and gradually assuming more strategic responsibilities.
