**Purpose of Job**:
To support the finance manager with income allocation, finance activities and preparing financial reports to the board.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Income allocation
- Downloading bank statements
- Collecting provider statements from different sources
- Accurate input into Intelligent Office (CSW systems)
- Monthly reconciliation reports
- Revenue analysis
- Ad-hoc queries from board

To perform accounting tasks that will support the financial administration and reporting within the business.
- Key transactions into accounting ledger
- Issue sales invoices.
- Review balance sheet with finance manager.
- Input of supplier invoices and support finance manager with reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation and cheque deposits.
- To ensure compliance with all AML regulations.

To support the business in ensuring business continuity in role
- Train colleagues and share knowledge.
- Create procedural documents for the tasks undertaken in the role.

To support the Head Of Risk in ensuring there is a robust risk management approach in the place
- Support finance manager with monthly financial MI packs.
- Assist in quarterly and annual audits.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- AAT foundation, A Levels or above

**Experience/Knowledge**:
At least 1 year relevant professional experience in a financial institution or finance environment
- Previous experience in a related role will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting terminology
- Experience with accounting systems such as Sage.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large data.
- Good analytical skills
- Good team working skills and an ability to act independently when required.
- Good problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively about transaction and risk mitigation.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
