Clinical Support Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Team Coordinator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and minute multi-disciplinary team meetings and patient reviews
- Work with professionals, carers, family members, and patients to ensure a high-quality standard of care
- Provide administrative support to the ward management team, including answering phones, creating letters, and raising IT and maintenance requests
- Assist with clinical scanning and data entry
- Support the team with procurement orders and other administrative tasks
- Pitman/RSA III Typing / Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level
- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level
- Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organization
- Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets and presentations)
- Excellent articulate communication skills and interpersonal skills, including taking a proactive, diplomatic approach and ensuring confidentiality at all times
