About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Team Coordinator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and minute multi-disciplinary team meetings and patient reviews
  • Work with professionals, carers, family members, and patients to ensure a high-quality standard of care
  • Provide administrative support to the ward management team, including answering phones, creating letters, and raising IT and maintenance requests
  • Assist with clinical scanning and data entry
  • Support the team with procurement orders and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Pitman/RSA III Typing / Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level
  • Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level
  • Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organization
  • Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets and presentations)
  • Excellent articulate communication skills and interpersonal skills, including taking a proactive, diplomatic approach and ensuring confidentiality at all times
