Clinical Support Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our ward management team, medical, and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and minute multi-disciplinary team meetings and patient reviews
- Work with professionals, carers, family members, and patients to ensure a high-quality standard of care
- Answer phones for the team, create letters for consultants as required, and raise IT and maintenance requests
- Procure orders for the unit and perform clinical scanning
- Pitman/RSA III Typing/Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level
- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level
- Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organization
