Estate Administration Department Supervisor

Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking an exceptional Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to lead our Estate Administration Department in Bournemouth, Dorset.
We are looking for a candidate who can deliver on expanding our clientele, offer exceptional client service, and run a department with high efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of Private Client work and be able to handle a substantial caseload in accordance with the relevant protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Estate Administration Department, ensuring efficient operation and delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to fee earners and support staff within the department.
- Able to work independently and run a full caseload.
- Able to motivate oneself to meet/exceed targets.
- Able to build relationships with clients and to encourage referral of further business to the firm.
- Able to meet time recording and billing targets where required.
- Able to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to use own initiative and make best use of resources and time.
