About the Department:

  • Estate Administration: Managing the administration of estates, including probate and estate planning.
  • Estate Planning: Providing expert advice on wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Drafting of Wills: Creating wills that accurately reflect the client's wishes.
  • Powers of Attorney: Drafting and advising on powers of attorney.
