Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will collaborate with a diverse team to ensure the seamless execution of events, including theatrical productions, musical performances, and comedy acts. Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding experience for our guests in all public areas.
Key Duties Include:
- Overseeing the operational aspects of events, from initial planning with promoters to managing the event on the day.
- Working closely with the Conference and Events team to facilitate various venue bookings, including corporate meetings, banquets, and exhibitions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Assisting the Head of Venue Operations with event risk assessments, security protocols, and administrative tasks such as payroll and financial reconciliations.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, coupled with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at managing multiple priorities.
