The Role: Trade Branch Operations Lead

As a Trade Branch Operations Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our branch operations. You'll be a hands-on leader, working closely with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to both existing and new clients, building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Contribute to achieving branch sales goals by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
  • Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, stock management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment while motivating colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct stocktakes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
