Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at ITG. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in the support and delivery of creative content for in-store Point of Sale (POS) on the M&S Account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of all administrative elements of marketing campaigns and activity, including sample management, shoot preparation, and post-shoot organization.
  • Translate M&S's marketing vision into a detailed brief for the ITG agency Production team to follow.
  • Manage trackers to ensure copy, imagery, and allocations are complete by critical path deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with the Marketing team, Buying, and Merchandising to ensure all samples are gathered on time and correct product is handed over.
  • Oversee the management of shoot sheets and work directly with Business Units to gather accurate product information.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Organized individual with an interest in processes, efficiencies, and smarter working.
  • Collaborative and proactive Team player.
  • Quick learner with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Shoot experience and understanding of sample management and production are assets.
