Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively via phone and email
- Update and manage support tickets/cases in the system, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with service agreements
- Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues related to orders and deliveries
- Direct customer and partner support requests to the appropriate departments
- Monitor and prioritize multiple systems and ticket queues throughout the workday
- Relay pertinent information to Sales Account Managers and other internal teams
- Maintain precise customer account records for auditing purposes
- Provide assistance to team members and support other Customer Service teams as required

Essential Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in customer service or logistics
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, and Word
- Experience with SAP
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Proficient in Excel
