Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, AHPS, and consultants to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Proven experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
