Senior Physiotherapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at HOSPICE UK. As a key member of our palliative care team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in palliative care.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in physiotherapy or a related field.
- Advanced clinical skills and experience in palliative care and rehabilitation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
