About the Role

Ruby Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Learning and Development. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of learning and development funds.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in leading a learning and development function, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform learning and development decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
