About the Role

Ruby Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Learning and Development. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a talent development program to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement a succession planning program.
  • Develop and maintain a budget for learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in leading a learning and development function.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
