**Qualifications:**

* Extensive experience leading a Learning and Development function with a proven track record of success.
* Experience of delivering training in a Contact Centre setting would be preferred.
* Qualification/Degree in Learning and Development (or comparable).
* Strong leadership skills, including managing remote teams and working closely with senior leadership.
* Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
* Exceptional organisational, analytical, and prioritisation skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding colleague experience.

**What's on offer:**

* Basic salary in the region of £50,000 per annum.
