About the Role

Beechgrove Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication and medical needs
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months of experience working as a Care Assistant or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10
  • 38 hours per week
