Job Description

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the regional market and be responsible for developing and implementing effective channel sales strategies to drive business growth for Hikvision UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Tier-1 distributors to ensure sustainable long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new Tier-2 distributors for Hikvision brand products, including HIlook and EZVIZ.
  • Establish and track quarterly and annual sales targets for distributors, and monitor their performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Coordinate quarterly business review meetings to review business development progress and agree on future plans.
  • Manage stock levels, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price list, and special pricing issues with distributors.
  • Deliver product and commercial education and training to business partners.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities with the marketing team, including product roadshows, seminars, and workshops.
  • Manage contract relationships with channel partners, ensuring timely delivery of orders and collection of accounts receivable.
  • Implement local sales processes, systems, tools, and channel policy guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical skills and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
