We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Supported Discharge Team as a Therapy Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our team of healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Supported Discharge Team, including organizing signing in/out sheets, name badges, and locker allocations.
- Collate and prepare monthly staff returns for payroll, including dealing with queries using the e-rostering system.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, including checking staff diaries and monitoring records of annual leave, sickness, and study leave.
- Provide a first point of contact for enquiries to the department.
Our organization provides care for residents of three diverse London boroughs, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services. We operate from two main sites, King George Hospital and Queen's Hospital, and provide a range of services, including emergency departments, outpatient services, and specialist neurosciences services.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for an individual with excellent administrative skills, including word processing, use of spreadsheets, and minute taking. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment and be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Desirable criteria include a secretarial or administration qualification, minute taking/short hand skills, and experience using the Healthroster system.
