Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Supported Discharge Team as a Therapy Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our team of healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Supported Discharge Team, including organizing signing in/out sheets, name badges, and locker allocations.
  • Collate and prepare monthly staff returns for payroll, including dealing with queries using the e-rostering system.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, including checking staff diaries and monitoring records of annual leave, sickness, and study leave.
  • Provide a first point of contact for enquiries to the department.

We operate from two main sites, King George Hospital and Queen's Hospital, and provide a range of services, including emergency departments, outpatient services, and specialist neurosciences services.

Requirements
  • Word processing and use of spreadsheets skills.
  • Secretarial experience, particularly in a busy office environment.
  • Minute taking and shorthand skills.
  • Experience with the Healthroster system.
