Housing Officer

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our Lettings Team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving housing complaints, and working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing complaints, providing support to tenants, and working with colleagues to resolve issues.

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to tenant queries
