We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Private Sector Housing Team in the Thriving Communities Directorate. The post is full-time, working 37 hours per week, and is offered as a permanent contract.
About the RoleThe appointee will be involved in the full range of casework duties in support of the housing enforcement team. This will primarily involve working from Barrow town hall, however, there may be occasions where you will be required to support colleagues dealing with housing standards throughout the wider Westmorland and Furness area when service demands require it.
Key Responsibilities- Converse with customers and provide advice and instruction in accurate spoken English
