About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our Housing Services team in Barrow and contribute to the effective management and maintenance of tenancies. You'll work closely with our Housing Partners, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Shadow Housing Partners to gain a deep understanding of tenancy management and customer service
- Work with the allocations and lettings team to onboard new tenants and manage tenancy agreements
- Support customers with payment plans and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive customer satisfaction

Requirements- Experience of delivering excellent customer service and/or dealing with members of the public
- Ability to work with IT applications, including Microsoft Office, and pick up bespoke IT applications

- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to deal with change
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Barrow office and will be required to travel around Barrow to meet customers with monthly travel to our Burnley office for team meetings.
