We are seeking a professional and experienced Front of House Security Officer to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness for a high profile client.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in front-of-house security and hold a valid SIA licence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Security Reception duties, including greeting staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Perform staff/contractor and visitor inductions.
- Produce I.D. and vehicle passes and assist with security administration tasks.
- Provide a weekly breakdown/summary of security incidents and assist with creating security briefings.
- Assist with gender-appropriate searches as requested by the Client Security Operations Officer.
- Work closely with the client to ensure smooth site operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a smart and immaculate appearance at all times (formal attire, including suit and dress shoes).
- SIA licence required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in front-of-house security.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in security reporting and I.D./pass management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work within a close-knit team and on your own initiative.
- IT literate with proficiency in basic computer tasks.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and assist in all security-related tasks.
