About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Security Reception duties, including greeting staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Perform staff/contractor and visitor inductions.
  • Produce I.D. and vehicle passes and assist with security administration tasks.
  • Provide a weekly breakdown/summary of security incidents and assist with creating security briefings.
  • Assist with gender-appropriate searches as requested by the Client Security Operations Officer.
  • Work closely with the client to ensure smooth site operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a smart and immaculate appearance at all times (formal attire, including suit and dress shoes).

Requirements:

  • SIA licence required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in front-of-house security.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in security reporting and I.D./pass management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work within a close-knit team and on your own initiative.
  • IT literate with proficiency in basic computer tasks.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and assist in all security-related tasks.
