Main Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality antenatal and postnatal care programs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies.
- Complete mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding interventions, utilizing your clinical expertise to identify and address potential risks and concerns.
- Develop and implement a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the health and well-being of families, including universal and targeted assessments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
- Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant Professional body – NMC, with higher education modules in Early Intervention in Public Health, Child Development, and Assessment.
- Experience of recent community/acute healthcare gained through education or work experience placement or previous employment, with the ability to demonstrate clinically effective practice with children and families.
- Awareness of professional issues and recent developments in the NHS, with knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-manage within a team environment and use your own initiative.
- Ability to motivate and organize others to ensure best practice, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
