About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading a defined area of the home, and making care decisions with authority and accountability.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents and leadership to the care team.
  • Manage monthly routine medication and supervise the care team when delivering this.
  • Respond to any and all emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Act as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, involving them in decisions about their care and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Model excellent care practices and mentor the care services team, sharing your specialist knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £22.50
  • Shift times: 07:15 till 19:15, with alternate weekends required
