We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the running of a defined area of our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents and leadership and guidance to the care team.
- Manage monthly routine medication and supervise the care team when delivering this.
- Respond to any and all emergency situations.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans.
- Develop a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in decisions about their care.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration.
- Awareness of CQC regulations.
- Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
- Post-registration qualifications are a big advantage.
