Registered Nurse Opportunity at Signature Senior Lifestyle

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the running of a defined area of our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, providing personal care to residents and leadership and guidance to the care team.
  • Manage monthly routine medication and supervise the care team when delivering this.
  • Respond to any and all emergency situations.
  • Act as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans.
  • Develop a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in decisions about their care.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration.
  • Awareness of CQC regulations.
  • Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Post-registration qualifications are a big advantage.
