We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a defined area of the home, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Provide personal care to residents, including medication management and supervision of the care team.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, developing strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Review and update resident care plans in line with Signature policy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Act as a role model and mentor to the care services team, sharing your expertise to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Active NMC registration.
- Awareness of CQC regulations and working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
- Post-registration qualifications are a big advantage.
