Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the care and management team to promote high standards of nursing care and ensure the smooth operation of the shift.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Perform a range of general nursing duties, including updating care plans and administering medication, in accordance with CQC and NMC guidelines.
- Be dependable and flexible to meet the needs of residents and the home.
- Participate in quality and clinical governance programmes to ensure the highest standards of care.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £22.05 per hour, with an annual salary of up to £50,450, as well as a range of benefits, including comprehensive induction and on-going training, free parking, and free uniform.
Requirements
- Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience of working in a nursing home or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
