Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Support Specialist to join our team at Experis - ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Support: Provide expert-level support for a wide range of hardware devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations, printers, and MFDs.
  • Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Antivirus, SCCM, InTune, Microsoft 365, and other related components.
  • Network Support: Assist in troubleshooting corporate networks and infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Application Support: Provide support for a variety of desktop applications in a corporate environment, understanding their interaction with ICT systems.
  • Deployment Support: Familiarity with Windows deployment technologies and ability to provide desktop and application support, including remote assistance to end users.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT field support, with a strong background in hardware and software support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation certification or equivalent is advantageous.
