  • Application Support: Adept at supporting a variety of desktop applications in a corporate environment and understanding their interaction with ICT systems.
  • Deployment Technologies: Familiar with Windows deployment technologies.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide desktop and application support, including remote assistance to end users.
Requirements
  • Corporate Knowledge: Understanding of corporate networks and firewalls, with awareness of their impact on field support.
  • Staff Support: Experience supporting diverse staff levels with varying ICT competencies.
  • Asset Management: Familiar with asset management and redundant IT equipment processes.
  • Security: Knowledge of disk encryption software.
  • Communication: Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation certification or equivalent is advantageous.
