About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer bookings, including processing payments and handling customer feedback.
  • Work efficiently to maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring our centres are always ready for our guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote our services.
  • Host children's parties and events, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
