Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management
- Ensure the efficient management of the Front Office operation, including day-to-day tasks and night shifts
- Maintain a culture of friendly and efficient service, consistently delivering high standards
- Resolve guest queries and issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent communication with all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, consistently
- Provide high-quality training, conduct regular job chats, and support the team to deliver exceptional standards
- Be fully aware of Health & Safety and emergency procedures
- Participate in Duty Management shifts, as required
- Team Leadership
- Lead and effectively manage the Front Office team, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Guest Experience
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, consistently delivering high standards
- Respond to guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Experience
- Proven track record in Front Office Management or Senior supervisory experience in a quality hotel
- Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Education
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field
