As an Assistant Business Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in boosting sales, enhancing community involvement, streamlining operations, and improving financial outcomes at our latest centre.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Centre Manager in establishing a thriving business centre through effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience by fostering a supportive and service-oriented culture within the centre.
• Elevate the Business Centre's profile at local, regional, and national levels.
• Promote collaboration with clients and partners.

Operational Excellence:
• Deliver exceptional service, facilities, and staff training.
• Drive financial and commercial performance.
• Secure contracts for centre space and engage with potential clients.
• Implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with the central Marketing Team.
• Foster a collaborative community ethos within the centre.
• Provide financial management information, including billing and revenue collection.
• Monitor and report on financial targets, managing income and expenditure.
• Assist in controlling cost lines and presenting annual budgets and revenue plans.
• Help maintain building standards, cleanliness, health, and safety.
• Develop a culture of quality service and customer care.
• Ensure emergency procedures are established and staff are adequately trained.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals in alignment with company strategy.

Skills and Experience:


• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in assisting with the management of a facility of this caliber, in roles such as Centre Manager, Hotel Management, or Property Management.
• Previous experience in a busy office setting.
• Strong leadership skills to assist in managing the team towards success.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Client and customer service-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours:
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9 AM to 5 PM
